METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR RECOVERING WELD FUME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of recovering weld fume, which can stably recover weld fume over the long term while simplifying a structure and reducing the necessity in the maintenance of an apparatus.

SOLUTION: A gas containing weld fume generated in a weld part 1 is jet in a catching liquid 6 in a catchment tank 4 to catch the weld fume by the catching liquid 6. The catching liquid 6 in the catching tank 4 is led out to the recovery tank 14 to circulate the catching liquid 6 between the catching tank 4 and a recovery tank 14. The weld fume in the catching liquid 6 is magnetically adsorbed by a rotary driving magnet 22 provided in the recovery tank 14, and the weld fume magnetically adsorbed is peeled off from the magnet 22 to be recovered.
