<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling performance of a cooling system by suppressing a decrease in the flow rate of a refrigerant allowed to flow in a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell system 1 comprises: an ion exchanger 50 that has the fuel cell 2 and the cooling system 5 for cooling the fuel cell 2 by a refrigerant, allows the cooling system 5 to remove ions contained in the refrigerant; and a three-way valve 51 for adjusting the flow rate of the refrigerant allowed to flow to the ion exchanger 50. The fuel cell system 1 has a control section 7 for controlling the three-way valve 51 so that the flow rate of the refrigerant allowed to flow to the ion exchanger 50 at the initial stage when using the fuel cell system 1 becomes larger than that of the refrigerant allowed to flow to the ion exchanger 50 thereafter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
