<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system and a management method suitable for management of a worker working at a job site. <P>SOLUTION: The management system (1) includes an RFID chip (7) attached to a protection cap (6), a reader (3) for reading identification information stored in the RFID chip from the RFID chip, and an authentication part (204) for permitting login to the management system in response to coincidence between the identification information and registered identification information (321) preliminarily registered. Consequently, login authentication is possible without input of identification information from a keyboard.
