<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-light emitting signpost capable of performing the sight line guiding function by its light emission for a long period even if it is repeatedly trampled by vehicles. <P>SOLUTION: Since a light emitting body 5 is fitted to a signpost through a mounting device capable of selecting one of light emitting directions, a proper light emitting direction can be selected for vehicle drivers for each installation position, and the sight line guiding function can be held for a long period to contribute to safe traveling. The mounting device 4 comprises a disk-like flat plate parts 41 in which through holes 42 are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction and at least one vertical wall 41 raised from the side end of the flat plate part 41. The mounting device is mounted on the vertical wall 43 while facing the light emitting body 5 outward. Anchor bolts A for fixing the base of the signpost to an installation surface GL are inserted into the mounting device. Consequently, the signpost can be so installed that the light emitting direction of the light emitting body 5 is appropriate for the vehicle drivers by properly selecting one through hole 42 among the through holes 42 formed in the mounting device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
