<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a project management method capable of easily managing a project by using a project management tool. <P>SOLUTION: A project management tool 8 managed by a project management service provider X company 100 which provides a project management service is connected through a network 7 exclusive for the X company 100 to terminal equipment at project executer A company 200 and B company 300 side which has contracted the project management service by installing programs including at least one or more of an access program 2, a setting program 3 and a reporting program 4 provided from an X company 100 to A company 200 and B company 300 in the terminal equipment so that the terminal equipment and the project management tool 8 can be connected through the network 7.
