摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for minimizing the current capacitance of each diode to a required minimum, by equalizing the current share of each of a plurality of the snubber diodes which are connected in parallel to another, when the snubber diodes are connected in parallel with each other without deteriorating performance even in the snubber circuit which requires large current capacitance, in the snubber circuit which absorbs a surge voltage generated by the operation of a switching element. <P>SOLUTION: A circuit, connected with a plurality of circuits in parallel which are composed by connecting the snubber diodes and snubber capacitors, is connected to the switching element in parallel; a diode or an impedance element is connected to a connecting point of each of the snubber diodes and the snubber capacitors; and the other end of each of the diodes or the other end of the impedance element is connected to a common snubber resistor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
