<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress malfunction of a shift register due to a phase difference between clock signals. <P>SOLUTION: A light emitting device D comprises a shift register 32 wherein a plurality of unit circuits U1 to Um are connected in series, a plurality of drive control transistors QCT which makes a light emitting element E1 emit light in a period corresponding to outputs from the respective unit circuits U1 to Um, and a signal line 34 which transmits a clock signal CK1. Each unit circuit Ui includes a shift circuit 43 which outputs an input from a precedent-stage unit circuit Ui-1 in sequence in timing corresponding to the clock signal CK1 and a clock signal CK2, a transmission gate TG1 which supplies the clock signal CK1 supplied to the signal line 34 selectively to the shift circuit 43 in a period corresponding to the input to and the output from the shift circuit 43, and an inverting circuit 41 which supplies the clock signal CK2 generated by inverting the clock signal CK1 output from the transmission gate TG1 to the shift circuit 43. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
