PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication device capable of avoiding spoofing on a network. SOLUTION: A browsing terminal 100 comprises an acquiring part 151 for acquiring an HTML document through a communication network, a storing part for storing the HTML document, a position information extracting part 152 for reading the HTML document from the storing part and extracting position information of content data from the HTML document, a signature data extracting part 153 for reading the HTML document from the storing part and extracting signature data attached to image information from the HTML document, a decoding part 155 for acquiring image information on the basis of the extracted position information and the extracted signature data, a comparing part 156 for comparing image information in an acquired document page with the acquired image information, and an outputting part 157 for reading the HTML document including the image information from the storing part and making a transmission request for content data shown in the position information included in the HTML document when both pieces of the image information coincide as a result of the comparison.
