PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing device that can reduce a CPU load when executing DMA transfer to a plurality of PCI boards through a PCI bus. SOLUTION: A master data acquisition means having a bus master function acquires assignment data assigned thereto from transfer data DMA-transferred from a memory through the PCI bus compliant with PCI standards upon a data transfer start command from a transfer start command means.
