PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively develop the original purpose of the safety device of an industrial vehicle by preventing a person such as an operator who receives warning from being annoyed at the warning. SOLUTION: In a forklift safety device 1, warning is not issed each time communication is established between an ID tag 3 and in-vehicle equipment 5, and when the number of times of communication (count value n) reaches the preliminarily set number of times (S160: YES), warning is issued for the first time.
