PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an up-and-down multiple-step type electric blind and its blade-angle control device having an excellent degree of ease of use which can exclude bothersome operation in the up-and-down and open/close operation of the up-and-down multiple-step type blind. SOLUTION: When the current ascent/descent height of the up-and-down multiple-step type blind is at the upper step, the upper step flag is set at "1", and a second motor is rotation-controlled by the opening and closing operation of the blade, thus the opening and closing of the upper-step blade is performed (step S24, S25). On the other hand, when the ascent/descent height is at the lower step, the upper step flag is set at "0". Then a first motor is rotation-controlled by the opening and closing operation of the blade, thus the opening and closing of the lower-step blade is performed (step S26, S27).
