PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall panel with sufficient strength and proof stress, and to form a notch at the edge of a panel body with rich surface smoothness, a high degree of accuracy, and high productivity. SOLUTION: An exterior wall surface of a building is constituted in such a manner that the panel body 10 of the exterior wall panel 1 is fixed to the outdoor side of a framework frame via a fastening frame by means of a fixing implement. In the exterior wall panel, the notch for arranging and fixing the fastening frame on the panel body 10 is formed on the indoor side of the edge of the panel body 10. A hollow section 121 for notching is provided near the edge of the panel body 10 in which the fastening frame is to be arranged.
