PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a net member for a rain gutter, which can reduce the number of components and simplify the attachment/detachment of a net, and a rain gutter structure. SOLUTION: This net member for a rain gutter is attached to the rain gutter 30 in which a corner part 35 is provided between a bottom surface 34 of the gutter and one side surface 36 thereof, and in which an opening edge 31 of the other side surface 37 on the other side of the corner part 35 is provided with a hook part 33 formed in such a shape as to be bent to the side of the bottom surface 34. The net member for the rain gutter comprises a net body 10 with elasticity, which is formed in a stripe shape and attached in the state of covering an opening of the rain gutter 30, and a holding plate 20 with elasticity, at least one end of which has a bent piece 21 and which is used for preventing the coming-off of the net body 10 attached to the rain gutter 30.
