PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric of crimped conjugate fibers having excellent bulkiness and flexibility, excellent in spinnability and fluff resistance and producible by an ordinary melt spinning, and to provide nonwoven fabric laminates imparted water resistance and surface smoothness by using the nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric of crimped conjugate fibers comprises a first propylene-based polymer (1) component and a second polypropylene-based polymer (2) component, wherein the melting point of the (1) component is higher than the melting point of the (2) component by 20°C, the ratio of the melt-flow rate of the both components [(2) component/(1) component] is in a range of 0.8-1.2 and the component ratio represented by (1)/(2) (weight ratio) is 50/50 to 5/95.
