PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nickel/cobalt/phosphorus electroplating composition, an electroplating solution comprising the nickel/cobalt/phosphorus electroplating composition, and a surface treatment method using the electroplating solution. SOLUTION: The nickel/cobalt/phosphorus electroplating composition comprises a nickel salt, a cobalt salt, a compound containing phosphoric acid and a multidentate chelating agent containing triethylene/tetraamine, diethylenetriamine and hydrazobenzene.
