PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent impact of alteration of the parameters or the size incident to alteration of macro even when a call control API is altered and the macro is altered. SOLUTION: An NBAP message delivered from a host apparatus to a call control unit 40 is decoded at a call control application section 41 and converted into N macros A1-AN at a call control API 42 before being delivered from a call control platform 43 through the baseband control unit 51 of baseband function sections 50a-50n to a baseband API 52. The baseband API 52 converts the macros A1-AN received from the baseband control unit 51 into a command, based on a predefined content before being delivered to a baseband signal processor 53. The baseband signal processor 53 operates according to the command received from the baseband API 52 to perform baseband signal processing such as modulation/demodulation, encoding/decoding, spreading/despreading, or the like.
