PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone capable of photographing a subject while keeping the subject horizontal and also photographing the subject while adjusting it to an arbitrary angle to a display part screen. SOLUTION: A camera module 5 having a structure which freely rotates on the axis 7 of the optical axis during imaging by the camera module 5 is provided with a structure which arranges the center 8 of gravity of rotation of the camera module 5 below an image photographed by a camera and a structure which controls rotation of the camera module 5 to take a photograph while assisting in prevention against a camera shake of a display section in right-left directions. Further, the structure capable of controlling the rotation of the camera module 5 is provided to take a picture while adjusting the camera module at an arbitrary angle to the display section.
