PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave oven which can soften solidified cut rice cakes and cook vegetables such as potato, sweet potato, etc. by single use. SOLUTION: In a microwave oven tray for cooking food materials, a pedestal 8 for setting is set on the backside 5 of a tray body 1, while a plurality of passage ports 4 are opened to the surface 2 side and a number of uneven parts 11 and a plurality of projections 12 projecting higher the uneven parts 11 are sprinkled. Surfaces of the uneven parts are further formed by double embossing with a plurality of small projections and engageable/disengageable engaging parts to make the tray body separable are provided.
