PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium supply device which can prevent a mistake in setting the kind of a machine using game mediums by a simple structure. SOLUTION: A control section 68 performs a prescribed game medium supply control for each kind of a slot machine 6 and a token dispensing machine 8 provided side by side in a game island 4. A relay control section 74 intermediates the connection of the control section 68 to the slot machines 6 and the token dispensing machines 8. Connectors 103 provided for the slot machines 6 and the token dispensing machines 8, respectively connect supply request output lines 104 drawn out from the slot machines 6 and the token dispensing machines 8 and a supply request input line 105 drawn out from the relay control section 74 correspondingly thereto.
