PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MRI apparatus provided with a thin planar coil to which a wire is fixed. SOLUTION: The wire of a conductor is arranged at the groove of a die member for which the groove along a prescribed pattern is formed on the upper surface; a sheet is arranged on the die member; the wire is adhered to the sheet; the wire is detached from the die member together with the sheet, and thus the sheet for which the wire of the pattern is fixed to the surface is obtained. The sheet and the wire are alternately laminated and a multilayer structure is attained. In such a manner, by the constitution that the sheet supports the wire, the thin planar coil is provided.
