PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a western-style Dorayaki (pancake stuffed with bean jam) having rich and moist palate feeling, and obtained by using baked coating containing oil and fat, and available in mechanized mass production. SOLUTION: The western-style Dorayaki comprises two pieces of baked coating baked by using dough containing wheat flour, sugar, egg and oil and fat, and filling material put between the two pieces of baked coating. The two pieces of baked coating each has a center recessed part charged with filling material, and a ring-state protruding part formed around the center recessed part, and superimposed on each other.
