A hand dryer is provided to let a part of the air sucked by an impeller pass through the inside of a motor, and TO let a part of the air discharged without passing through the motor to dry a user's hand. A hand dryer includes a centrifugal air blower(120), a divided discharge hole(121b) and a divided channel(127). The centrifugal air blower includes an impeller(122), a motor(126) and a guide vane(124). The impeller is installed inside an impeller housing to rotate and suck external air. The divided discharge hole is formed on the side of the centrifugal air blower to discharge a part of the air that passes through the guide vane. The divided channel is installed to connect the divided discharge hole and an external injection nozzle(110b), and induces a part of air discharged through the divided discharge hole to the external injection nozzle. |
