An automatic transmission having improved structure of an oil drain path is provided to smoothly discharge the oil leaked from a space portion due to the pressure actuated by a clutch piston. A supply path is formed in a center portion of a sleeve(210) to supply hydraulic pressure into a clutch piston(100). A seal(400) is mounted on the sleeve to prevent hydraulic pressure from being excessively raised in the supply path due to operation of the clutch piston. A drain path(700) is formed in a rear cover(600) to discharge the fluid collected in a space(500) which corrects the fluid leaked from the seal.
