<p>A colored photosensitive resin composition, a color filter prepared by using the composition, an image sensor containing the color filter, and a camera system containing the image sensor are provided to reduce the change of exposure amount if projection type exposure is applied to a pattern. A colored photosensitive resin composition comprises a dye; a photoacid generator; a curing agent; an alkali-soluble resin; a solvent; and 0.01-1 wt% of a compound represented by the formula I based on the amount of the solid part of the composition, wherein R1 to R3 are independently H, a C1-C6 linear alkyl group, a C3-C12 branched alkyl group, a C3-C6 cycloalkyl group, or a C6-C12 aryl group, the hydrogen atom of the substituent can be substituted with a hydroxyl group; and at least one R1 to R3 is a group except H.</p> |
