A pain relief composition comprising paramagnetic silver nanoparticles is provided to secure strong anti-toxicity, and excellent antibacterial and sterilizing capability and be rapidly absorbed into skin, thereby providing improved pain alleviating effect. A pain relief composition comprises 0.03-0.05 wt.% of paramagnetic silver nanoparticles, wherein the nanoparticles have the paramagnetism at an absolute temperature of more than 20K and have the size of 20-50 nanometers. The composition further comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of mica, silicone dioxide, titanium dioxide and germanium dioxide.
