A clamp assembled simply is provided to easily mount tool by adjusting the length of the tool according to a clamping position. A clamp(10) is made by rolling an elastic piece such that one end of the elastic piece passes through a long hole(12) formed on the other end and bending both ends of the elastic piece outward to form a clamp part(14). A holder(20) has a long hole in which the clamp part is inserted and a protrusion with a hole, where the protrusion is clamped by jaws of a tool(30) and a separating pin of the tool is inserted to the hole of the protrusion. The tool further includes a pair of handles, a pin connecting the handles, and a fixing hole. The separating pin is formed on the jaw for easily separating the holder.
