A sandwich made of granular ice cream and wafers and a method for binding the sandwich are provided to improve the binding property of the granular ice cream by using syrup as a binding agent, and to form the sandwich into a cylindrical shape and keep the shape by using a form cup. A sandwich(400) made of granular ice cream and wafers comprises: granular ice cream(56) comprising one of chocolate, mint chocolate, or vanilla; syrup(404) which binds the granular ice cream to form the granular ice cream into a fixed shape and has a higher melting point than the ice cream; a form cup which forms the sandwich into a cylindrical shape and keep the shape; and upper and lower wafers(300), wherein a combination of the wafer and the granular ice cream is chocolate-and-mint chocolate, chocolate chip-and-cookie dough, or chocolate-and-vanilla. A method for binding the sandwich comprises the steps of: binding the granular ice cream with the syrup in a fixed ratio; placing the lower wafer at the bottom of the form cup; making the round edge of the lower wafer downward; scooping the bound ingredients into the form cup, and leveling the top of the bound ingredients; making the round edge of the upper wafer upward, and placing the upper wafer at the top of the bound ingredients; placing the bound ingredients in a freezer set at -40°F; taking the bound ingredients out of the freezer after 4~6hr; and storing the bound ingredients in a serving freezer.
