An acidity measuring method is provided to measure an acidity of fruit by checking an acid content of the fruit using an electromotive force that varies depending on the acidity. An acidity measuring method comprises the step of supplying fruit juice through a fruit juice receiving member(S100). A predetermined voltage is applied to an acidity-electrode installed on the fruit juice receiving member(S110). An acid content of the fruit is measured using an electromotive force varying according to an acidity of the fruit(S120). The acidity is measured using the acid content(S130) of the fruit. The acidity is showed on a liquid crystal display(S140). A temperature correction is carried out when measuring the acid content. The acid content is measured within a range of 0.0% to 3.5%.
