<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which satisfies both reduction of costs and solution of a noise problem by solving the problem of emission and immunity noise without using a special cable such as a GND shield. <P>SOLUTION: GNDs are arranged at (N-1)-th and (N+1)-th pole numbers which become both ends of a critical signal S302 (high-speed signal, reset signal or the like) set at a N-th pole number in a flat cable array A.
