<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color sensor capable of taking accurate color analysis by preventing a photocurrent due to infrared light, a manufacturing method for the color sensor, the sensor, and electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: Incident light is passed through a plurality of color filters 18, 19, and 20 which are arranged side by side to be converted into photodetection signals by photodiodes PD1, PD2, and PD3 by colors of the color filters 18, 19, and 20. An interference filter 8 which transmits part of the wavelength of the incident light is provided right above the photodiodes PD1, PD2, and PD3, and the color filters 18, 19, and 20 are provided right above the interference filter 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
