PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pack battery which can prevent the fastening from loosing while keeping to use a simple fastening means so called nail fastening means even if further thinning of a case member or weighting of an involved secondary battery is progressed. SOLUTION: Projections 16, 17, 18 and openings 26, 27, 28 forming mutual insertions are placed on a side wall or a wall near openings 14, 21 of respective case members 10, 20 in a direction where the openings 14, 21 of the case members 10, 20 face each other, where projection amounts of the projections 16, 17, 18 are different from each other.
