PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helmet that solves the problems caused by equipping various kind of devices on the out side, permits the worker to freely and safely operate the devices without the restriction from the environment, can be used by any desiring user without restriction to a fixed person, in addition, can accurately capture the subject via camera, can easily communicate with the supervisor and can safely, efficiently retain the behavior of the operator. SOLUTION: This helmet has a window part that can permit see through from the front face to the back face. Additionally, a U-shaped groove is formed from the front head of the helmet body to two side parts with a specific distance from the edge of the helmet body so that the belt may become in a U-shape when it is observed from the upper position and a transparent window that can see through the back side of the helmet is set on the under side of the groove part at least front head part.
