PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength steel sheet which has a ferrite structure of≥60%, has a tensile strength of 500 MPa or more, can stably reduce an amount of spring back after having been formed, and is superior in shape freezability. SOLUTION: In a high-strength steel sheet containing a ferrite structure of≥60% and having a tensile strength of 500 MPa or more, the high-strength steel sheet superior in shape freezability has a structure in which two or more dislocation cell structures each lined up in one direction intersect with each other in a deformed region after the steel sheet has been deformed with a strain of 20% or more, and contains ferrite crystal grains of≥50%.
