PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative film and a laminated decorative sheet which is excellent in heat resistance, does not cause changes in its embossed form even when heated at a high temperature and stably and readily permits extrusion lamination to a hot-melt resin or heat lamination to a steel plate. SOLUTION: The decorative film comprises as resin ingredients a polybutylene terephthalate resin (A) and a polyethylene terephthalate resin (B), wherein the polybutylene terephthalate resin (A) is a copolymerized polybutylene terephthalate resin comprising polyteramethylene glycol as a copolymerizing component (a) and the polyethylene terephthalate resin (B) is a polyethylene terephthalate resin (f).
