PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-proofing device with high sound-proofing performance capable of effectively preventing the sound-proofing device from being resonated to vibration inputted to an input part. SOLUTION: In a slider 22 provided opposed to a side wall 16 of a body 12, a solenoid is slid by energization and release of energization. When the slider 22 slides and a slit 24 of the slider 22 is opposed to a slit 18 of the side wall 16, flow resistance of air is reduced as compared with the state that the slit 24 and the slit 18 are not opposed to each other. Thereby, spring constant of an intermediate elastic layer 26 for flowing air at the inside accompanying with elastic deformation is varied and natural frequency of the sound-proofing device 10 constituting a dynamic damper is varied. Thus, since the natural frequency of the sound-proofing device 10 can be varied, resonance of the sound-proofing device 10 relative to frequency of the inputted vibration can be prevented.
