Provided is a search device capable of effectively displaying a search result obtained by a keyword in a limited display space and reducing the load on a user until a desired search result is obtained. The search device for searching data includes: a search object database (103) for storing search object data and at least one category to which the data belongs while correlating them; a search unit (102) referencing the search object database (103) according to a search condition specified by the user and searches for data matched with the search condition; and a display control unit (108) capable of individually selecting data obtained by the search and displaying the data in a list so that search can be performed according to elements constituting the data.
