A colored photosensitive resin composition, a colored pattern using the composition, a color filter using the colored pattern, and a compensating metal oxide layer semiconductor, a photographic device and a liquid crystal display device containing the color filter are provided to improve transmittance, dispersion characteristics, storage stability and reliance. A colored photosensitive resin composition comprises 5-60 parts by weight of a colorant comprising the compound represented by the formula 1 based on 100 parts by weight of the solid part of the composition; 5-90 parts by weight of a binder polymer based on 100 parts by weight of the solid part of the composition; 0.1-70 parts by weight of a photopolymerizable compound based on 100 parts by weight of the binder polymer and the photopolymerizable compound; 3-30 parts by weight of a photopolymerization initiator based on 100 parts by weight of the binder polymer and the photopolymerizable compound; and 50-90 parts by weight of a solvent based on 100 parts by weight of the composition.
