For example, the ridge portion (3) comprises a straight line connecting two adjacent peaks (5) in the plurality of peaks. Alternatively, the ridge portion (3) comprises a depression (4) between two adjacent peaks (5) in the plurality of peaks, and the depth of the depression is deeper than the straight line connecting between the two adjacent peaks.
