A coating apparatus for a fluorescent lamp is provided to uniformly maintain the coating state of a phosphor over the entire surface of the fluorescent lamp, thereby emitting light of uniform brightness over the whole light emitting region. Angular rotation units(20) are radially engaged to an outer periphery of a turntable(10), and a holder(50) for holding a lamp tube is rotatably coupled to each angular rotation unit. A circular cap(30) is installed on one side of the angular rotation unit, and has a lateral cam region rotating the angular rotation units and an open region which does not contact the angular rotation unit. A lamp tube rotating unit(40) is engaged to each angular rotation unit to transmit the power of a power generating unit to the holder.
