An apparatus for measuring an acidity/sugar content is provided to check the acidity/sugar content of fruit juice by checking an electric conductivity of an electrode immersed into the fruit juice diluted at a predetermined ratio. An apparatus for measuring an acidity/sugar content comprises an acidity measuring receiver(10) depressed inwardly to contain fruit juice, a signal output unit for measuring the acidity, a receiver for measuring a sugar content(50), which is depressed inwardly to contain fruit juice, a signal output unit for measuring the sugar content, a controller and a front panel(40). The signal output unit for measuring the acidity outputs a reference voltage to produce the acidity. The signal output unit for measuring the sugar content measures the refraction relative to light emitted to the fruit juice.
