<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integumentary composition excellent in action and effect on the skin and of an active component such as a plant component. <P>SOLUTION: The integumentary composition comprises (i) a plant component, (ii) water, (iii) at least one glycol ether selected from a group consisting of diethylene glycol ether, monoethylene glycol ether, dipropylene glycol ether and monopropylene glycol ether and (iv) at least one selected from a group consisting of a surfactant, a soluble component, oils and fats and a percutaneous absorption promotor (except that propylene glycol is only selected). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
