<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in moisture exchange performed between an oxidation gas supplied to a fuel cell and an oxidation off gas discharged from the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: This humidifier comprises a hollow fiber membrane module 100 formed by bundling a plurality of hollow fiber membranes 101 into the hollow cylindrical shape, and a casing 200 receiving the hollow fiber membrane module 100, and a chamber 205 to which the oxidation off gas is introduced, is defined between an outer peripheral face of the hollow fiber membrane module 100 and an inner peripheral face 208 of the casing 200 facing thereto. At least a part of the inner peripheral face 208 of the casing 200 has an involute curve when observed from the longitudinal direction of the hollow fiber membrane module 100, and the chamber 205 is gradually narrowed toward one side in the circumferential direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
