<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion conductor capable of improving ion conductivity as compared with that of an ionic liquid alone, high in heat resistance, capable of suppressing swelling when moisture is included therein, and inexpensively manufacturable; and to provide an energy device, for instance, a fuel cell using such an ion conductor. <P>SOLUTION: This ion conductor is composed of an inorganic porous film 1, and an electrolyte material 2 held in pores 1a of the inorganic porous film. In the ion conductor, after surfaces of the pores of the inorganic porous film are modified by a proton-donating functional group such as a sulfonate group, an electrolyte material, containing 2-ethylimidazolium cation and anions constituents, desirably an ion liquid are impregnated into the pores of the inorganic porous film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
