<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast content re-distribution system in which viewing at a receiver side can be controlled in both a broadcasting device and a re-distribution apparatus, respectively. <P>SOLUTION: At a side of a broadcasting device 100, scramble data 1 resulting from encrypting data with a scramble key Ks<SB>1</SB>and an ECM 1 are multiplexed and transmitted. At a side of a re-distribution apparatus 210, data resulting from temporarily decrypting the transmitted scramble data 1 are encrypted again with a scramble key Ks<SB>2</SB>(second scramble section 21) and such scramble data 2, an ECM2 generated by encrypting the key Ks<SB>2</SB>and program information 2 and the ECM 1 are multiplexed and transmitted. In a receiver 310, a second security module 35 acquires the scramble key Ks<SB>2</SB>required for decrypting the data based on both the ECM1 and ECM2 which have been transmitted and separately obtained, the scramble data are decrypted using the scramble key Ks<SB>2</SB>and data are acquired (second descramble section 28). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
