<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase user convenience by saving a user the trouble of inputting data such as commands or characters, and reducing the time to wait for the processing of commands if the data are commands. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor comprises input means 36, 38; an execution time storage means 49 for storing the number of times of execution for each combination of a plurality of data already executed; a data predicting means 52 for predicting the next data to be input after input data according to the number of times of execution for each combination of data; a background data execution means 54 for starting in background the execution of a process based on the predicted data prior to the actual input of data; and a result display means 55 for displaying on a screen the result of the execution in background if the data actually input from the user matches the predicted data, and for executing again the data actually input from the user, if the data actually input from the user is different from the predicted data, and displaying the result of the execution on the screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
