<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and, at the same time, lightweight measuring device of a plurality of gas concentrations having inexpensive device cost and high convenience, even for use requiring portability, capable of measuring simultaneously many kinds of gases to the measured. <P>SOLUTION: An infrared light source 3, having each infrared emission spectrum agreeing respectively with each infrared absorption spectral characteristics to the plurality of gases to the measured, is allowed to emit light at all times, while the amplitude is modulated with each different frequency. One light flux 5 is formed from each infrared light, and the light flux 5 is divided into two light fluxes 7, 8. Phase sensitive detection of the light flux 7 is performed, by selecting a frequency, and incident light intensity of each infrared light into a multiple reflection sample gas cell 11 is measured, and phase sensitive detection of a light flux 12 is performed by selecting the frequency, and transmitted light intensity from the multiple reflection sample gas cell 11 of each infrared light is measured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
