<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stable electric insulation or connection and a narrowed pitch of a plurality of leader parts as regards a touch panel to be used for various kinds of electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of insulating grooves 9A and 9B are installed in an upper conductive layer 3 and a lower conductive layer 4 between lead-out parts 5A and 5B at the both ends of a plurality of upper and lower electrodes 5, so that even when displacement is generated in the lead-out parts 5A and 5B and the insulating grooves 9A and 9B, it is possible to keep insulation between the lead-out parts 5A and 5B by one of the plurality of insulating grooves 9A and 9B, and to acquire a touch panel achieving stable electric insulation or connection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
