PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesion method for curved surface capable of preventing a position deviation, and to provide an ultrasonic probe capable of preventing the deterioration of quality in an ultrasonic image. SOLUTION: The distal end of the ultrasonic probe is obtained by allowing a flexible sheet 23 with a plurality of ultrasonic vibrators 12 held thereon to adhere onto the curved surface of a base seat 11 having a curved shape. Mutually corresponding recessed and projected shapes (recessed and projected surfaces 11a, 23a) are arranged on the curved surface of the base seat 11 and the adhesive surface of the flexible sheet. When the flexible sheet 23 is made to adhere onto the base seat 11, the recessed and projected surfaces 11a, 23a are mutually fitted so as to position the flexible sheet 23 and the base seat. The grooves 23b of the recessed and projected surfaces 23a are formed to be positioned not immediately under the ultrasonic vibrators 12 arranged along the bending direction of the flexible sheet 23 but between the vibrators 12. The ultrasonic vibrators 12 prevent the deterioration of quality in the ultrasonic image without the risk of generating the position deviation when the flexible sheet 23 is made to adhere onto the base seat 11.
