PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition having excellent environmental safety, causing little foaming in curing, exhibiting excellent low-temperature curability, giving properties of a cured product insusceptible to the ambient temperature and humidity and especially useful as a two-pack polyurethane sealing material. SOLUTION: The curable composition comprises (A) a urethane prepolymer containing terminal isocyanate group, (B) a polyol having a primary hydroxyl ratio of terminal hydroxyl group of≥25%, and (C) one or more curing catalysts selected from organic carboxylic acid bismuth compounds or organic tin compounds and other organic carboxylic acid metal salts.
