PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress floating of a terminal module from an installation surface at the positioning a rotary machine having a terminal module. SOLUTION: A positioning hole 16 is provided in the installation surface 18 of a stator core 10, a positioning pin 30 is provided on the surface 28 facing the installation surface 18 in a terminal module 20, and a recess 32 is provided around the positioning pin 30. When the installation surface 18 and the facing surface 28 are made to face, the positioning hole 16 and the positioning pin 30 are aligned and the terminal module 20 is pressed against the stator core 10 with a pushing force F, the positioning pin 30 is cut, to produce a surplus member 40 which is introduced into a recess 32 provided around the positioning pin 30, and floating of the abutting surface of the installation surface 18 and the facing surface 28 will not occur.
